This policy explains what information TheDomeBros collects through this website, why, and how it is handled.
This website is operated by TheDomeBros LLC ("TheDomeBros," "we," "us"), serving Utah County. You can reach us about privacy at contact@thedomebros.com.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the quote request form: your name, email address, phone number, approximate pool size, your message, and any photos or files you optionally attach. We do not ask for payment information on this site.
When analytics is enabled, we also collect standard, aggregated usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) to understand how the site is used and how visitors arrive.
Quote-form information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about pool dome sales and installation. If you provide a phone number, we may call or text you to follow up on your request; reply "stop" to any text and we will stop texting you. Usage data is used to operate, measure, and improve the site and our advertising.
If you provide your mobile number — through our quote request form or verbally by phone or in person — and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your quote, scheduling and appointment reminders, answers to your questions, and related customer service. Message frequency varies and is generally low — you will typically receive texts only in connection with an active inquiry or job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after you reply STOP we will not send you further texts.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We use a small number of third parties strictly to run this site and respond to you:
• Cloudflare — processes the quote form submission and provides Turnstile, a bot-detection check that protects our forms from spam and abuse.
• Resend — delivers the quote email to us and the confirmation email to you.
• Google Sheets — keeps our internal log of quote requests.
• GitHub Pages — hosts the website.
• Google Analytics — measures site usage (when enabled).
• Meta (Facebook) — measures the performance of our ads through the Meta Pixel.
These providers process data on our behalf to provide their service; we do not sell your personal information.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that submissions come from real visitors rather than automated bots. To do this, Turnstile may collect device and browser information from your visit. Cloudflare's handling of that data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The site itself does not require cookies to function. Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure site usage and the performance of our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, and most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting.
We keep quote-request emails for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and as required for our normal business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing contact@thedomebros.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
This site is intended for adults arranging services for their property and is not directed to children under 13.
